Landmap buys datasets from leading data providers and supplies them free-of-charge to the UK academic community via Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards for maximum interoperability.

Landmap is funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) and is a Mimas hosted service.
Scheduled Maintenance: Landmap has an at risk period every Wednesday morning from 8:00am-10:00am to carry out essential maintenance when required.
Forthcoming planned risk periods include 5 & 17 December 2014 at 7:00am - 10:15am where access to Landmap services could be disrupted.
